Four months of pharmacist-led support while you start or adjust hormone therapy and build habits that hold.
Starting hormone therapy, or changing a dose, is rarely a single decision. The first few months bring questions about side effects, timing, sleep, weight, and whether the plan is working, and most women are left to sort through them alone between short appointments. The Midlife Mastery Program gives you a licensed pharmacist alongside you for that stretch, looking at your medications, labs, nutrition, and daily habits together and keeping your prescriber informed along the way.
Who it’s for:
Women in Washington who are starting, adjusting, or reconsidering hormone therapy
Women taking several medications and supplements who want them reviewed together
Women who want nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle guidance that fits their hormones and medications
Women who would rather have steady support over four months than a single visit
What’s included:
Eight private 50-minute calls, about every two weeks
A full medication, hormone therapy, and supplement review, with safety and interaction checks
Your Midlife Mastery Plan, a written plan shared with your prescriber
Nutrition and lifestyle coaching across the five pillars of midlife health: sleep, stress, movement, nutrition, and sexual health
Sleep guidance, including which wearable device, if any, makes sense for you
Lab testing support for Washington residents, with results reviewed during your calls (lab fees paid separately through Fullscript)
Secure messaging between sessions
Access to the Women Mastering Midlife app
Need an expert but not ready to commit to a four-month program?
If you live in Washington, the New Client Pharmacist Consultation gives you a full review of your medications, hormone therapy, supplements, and labs in one 75-minute visit, and many women move into the Midlife Mastery Program from there or book individual follow ups as needed. If you live in another state, the Midlife Health Education Session and follow up visits are built for you.
Midlife Health Education Session
Built for women who live outside of Washington
If you’re overwhelmed by symptoms, confused by conflicting advice, or heading into an appointment unsure what to ask, this session gives you a clear understanding of what is happening in your body and the evidence behind your options. You leave with evidence-based suggestions to take to your own pharmacist or healthcare provider, who can decide how they apply to your care.
What you get:
50-minute one-to-one session by telehealth or phone
A questionnaire before we meet, so the time goes to your questions
Your hormone therapy and non-hormonal options, explained with current evidence
Guidance across the five pillars of midlife health: sleep, stress, movement, nutrition, and sexual health
Which wearable device, if any, makes sense for tracking your sleep
A Provider Conversation Guide with the questions to bring to your next appointment
Investment: $140

My strict confidentiality guidelines ensure a safe space for open discussion. What happens in our coaching session remains in our coaching session. I use software that provides the same HIPAA protection that medical offices are required to uphold.

I received a BS in Pharmacy from the St. Louis College of Pharmacy in 2004. I have been a licensed pharmacist in multiple states since that time and have kept a current license in MO and WA which require continuing education credits each year. I received a Health Coach certificate from IIN. I later received a certification in Women’s Integrative Health Coaching from the Integrative Women’s Health Institute which is accredited by the NBHWC. I recertify that every 3 years with continuing education credits. The last time I renewed I received my certificate in Perimenopause and Menopause education as well as a Longevity course. I received a Nutrition Coach and Behavior Change Specialist Certification from NASM. I am a current member of the Menopause Society and the International Menopause Society where I receive the majority of my Continuing Education courses for my pharmacy licenses.

I am not a provider that can treat medical conditions. I offer support, accountability and resources to clients in the holistic and prescriptive aspect of women’s midlife health(perimenopause and menopause). I collaborate with physicians to offer suggestions in prescriptive care, but I do not diagnose and treat women.
-
While hormone testing is not required by The Menopause Society guidelines to offer treatment for menopause and perimenopause symptoms, there may be a time when hormone testing is necessary. In collaboration with your care provider, I can suggest hormone testing and in some cases, we can order tests through Fullscript.
