Perimenopause 101

If you've been told your labs look "normal" while your sleep, mood, cycle, or energy quietly unravel, you're not imagining things, and you're not alone. Perimenopause is a real physiological transition that can begin years before your last period, and most women were never given the language or science to recognize it.

This self-paced video course walks you through the hormonal shifts behind common symptoms, what current research can (and cannot) tell us, and how to make sense of your own experience with more clarity and less guesswork. No fear-based framing, no quick fixes, just grounded education from a pharmacist and women's health educator.
